Rondo (ロンド, Rondo) was a Rook of the Chess Pieces.
Personality[]
In spite of his low rank, Rondo was an arrogant man who believed he could have led the Chess Pieces to victory if he was allowed to fight in the War Games.

He was present on the attack of Caldea, and lost fighting Ginta who used Babbo's Bubble Launcher on him. When Phantom arrived, he urged him to kill Ginta which Phantom declined at since he wanted to fight Ginta when he's at his best.
After the War Games[]
At Lestava Castle, he is seen drowning in self-pity alongside Kalerin and another Rook while packing their luggage. He expresses his distaste for the Knights' privilege and claims they wouldn't have lost the War Games if he was allowed to participate. Unfortunately, his boasting was overheard by Chimera who challenged him to try and take her Zodiac piercing. Ultimately, Rondo failed and was subsequently killed.
